About Matt Kazan

     I was born and raised in Izmir, Turkey, and later moved to the United States to pursue my MBA at the University of Central Florida. While studying, I began working part-time as an automobile salesman, a role that quickly evolved into a full-time career. My dedication and hard work led me to become the Finance Manager, where I successfully managed financial operations, streamlined processes to improve efficiency, and developed strong relationships with clients and team members. These efforts allowed me to thrive in diverse work environments and take on various responsibilities, including overseeing budgets, training staff, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Over time, I was promoted to Manager of the Resale Car Department.

     With a 27-year commitment to the automotive industry, I have earned the respect and trust of thousands of clients. My focus has always been on understanding my clients' wants and needs to help them find the perfect vehicle for their families. Throughout my years in the resale business, I have also honed many negotiation techniques and skills that have proven invaluable in client interactions.

     I have decided to transition my career to real estate, leveraging my extensive experience and skills in a new field. After a thorough search, I found Florida Executive Realty, a family-owned brokerage that has been in business since 1992. It is known for its commitment to personalized service and supportive team culture. I am proud to have joined their team and look forward to bringing my experience and customer-centric approach to helping my real estate clients find their dream homes and professionally market their current homes.  

     I spend valuable time with my family and friends. I also enjoy traveling, outdoor cooking, hiking, canoeing, fishing, and watching science programs.
